Poland – Public road transport services – Przewozy na gminnej sieci komunikacyjnej na terenie Gminy Kobierzyce w ramach publicznego autobusowego transportu zbiorowego na linii 851

The subject of the order is the provision of transport services on the municipal transport network in the area of the Gmina Kobierzyce as part of the public bus transport on line 851. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Performing services in the field of transporting persons and hand luggage in public bus transport organised by the Gmina Kobierzyce in the area of the Gmina Kobierzyce, on the 851 transport line, on school days, in accordance with the rules specified in the Contract Draft, in particular: a) The characteristics of the transport services, constituting Annex no. 2 to the Contract Draft, containing current data regarding, inter alia, transport lines (including the size of the transport work and the timetable), types and prices of tickets, as well as other information important for the proper implementation of the transport services, b) The technical parameters and equipment of the buses intended for the performance of the transport services, constituting Annex no. 3 to the Contract Draft, c) The requirements regarding the quality of the transport services, the rules for controlling the quality of these services, as well as the rules for charging contractual penalties for poor quality, constituting Annex no. 4 to the Contract Draft, 2) Conducting the sale of single tickets and controlling the documents for the transport of persons or luggage, in the scope described in § 3 of the Contract Draft. Revenues from the sale of tickets, as referred to in the Transport Law, belong to the Contracting Authority. 3) Publishing passenger information, in the scope described in § 4 of the Contract Template. 4) Providing the Contracting Authority at its premises on the computer indicated by it with computer software together with a licence for this software, necessary for the proper supervision of the implementation of the order in the form of an automatic punctuality control system, current filling of the databases of this software and transmitting to the Contracting Authority current data and statistical summaries. The rules for granting the licence may not infringe the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights.
