The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering, in domestic (in economic and urgent mode) and international mail, unregistered mail items and returning these items to the Orderer after the exhaustion of the possibilities of their delivery or issuance to the recipient. The estimated number of items covered by this order: Domestic unregistered letters - approximately 150,000 items, International unregistered letters - approximately 200 items. The volume of items sent to the area of Krakow City is not less than 80% of the above domestic items. The detailed description of the subject of the order contains the contract template (together with the attachments), which is Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. The Orderer allows the provision of the service in such a form that the Contractor, after receiving the items from the Orderer, then sends them to another postal operator on behalf of and for the Orderer. At the same time, the Orderer does not allow a situation where a different entity than the Orderer appears as the sender on the item.
