The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for domestic and international mail in the scope of acceptance, transport and delivery of postal items, as well as their possible returns, in accordance with the Act of 23 November 2012 on Postal Services (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 558, as amended) for the Lublin Regional Branch of the National Health Fund with its registered office in Lublin, the delegations of the Lublin Regional Branch with registered offices in Biała Podlaska at ul. Warszawska 10c, Chełm at ul. Ceramiczna 1 and Zamość at ul. Partyzantów 3, as well as the Shared Service Centre in Chełm at ul. Ceramiczna 1, for which the contract is being executed.
