Procurement of hospital software maintenance and support services. By awarding these services, the contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement for supply and associated subsequent contracts to meet the identified needs within the hospital. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months. It is estimated that within a calendar year, a minimum of 1 subsequent contract and a maximum of 12 subsequent contracts will be concluded, with the highest frequency of a subsequent contract being concluded every 12 months. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts can be found in the annex to the terms of reference. Subsequent contracts will be concluded based on the needs of the contracting authority, with the minimum and maximum quantities being estimates. The procuring entity is not obliged to purchase either the minimum or maximum quantity during the framework agreement, as specified in the annex. The quantity estimated to be procured during the framework agreement, as specified in the award documentation, will be procured based on the availability of allocated funds and the needs of the contracting authority. In the event of a duly justified reason, the maximum quantity estimated in the framework agreement may be supplemented in accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement. The technical specifications are set out in the Terms of Reference. The deadline within which AC will respond clearly and comprehensively to all requests for clarification/information will be 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders in accordance with art. 160 in conjunction with art. 161 of Law 98/2016 as amended and supplemented. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 20 days.
