The subject of the procurement is the supply, installation, commissioning, acceptance and training for a high-pressure homogenizer for the disintegration of fermentatively produced products. The system must achieve a continuous product throughput of at least 1,000 L/h at a simultaneous homogenization pressure of 1,200 bar. The scope of services includes, in particular, the detailed technical planning, the necessary MSR and automation, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, delivery, assembly, commissioning, performance verification and documentation. Detailed technical and process-related documents will be made available to interested companies, upon submission of a confidentiality agreement, via the procurement platform.
