The procurement comprises two (2) different parts/contracts and the contracts will be signed separately for each part/contract. The same tenderer may submit a tender for both parts/contracts but may only be awarded a contract for one (1) of the parts/contracts. "In cases where tendering companies wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will facilitate this by sending the document to the tendering company upon request. The document can then be completed and attached to the tender. The use of ESPD is voluntary."
