France – Miscellaneous special-purpose machinery – FOURNITURE ET INSTALLATION DE SYSTEMES PAR DESHYDRATATION THERMIQUE POUR LE TRAITEMENT DES BIODECHETS DES CENTRALES DE RESTAURATION

The present contract concerns the acquisition and installation of thermal dehydration systems for processing organic waste without the addition of material for bacterial development. These systems are intended for the central kitchens and 40 school canteen distribution sites of the municipality. Divided into 4 lots, the services cover the supply of the dehydrator, conveyors and cardboard shredder, its installation by the supplier's local technical team, the acquisition of organic waste bins and water collector, the follow-up and training of municipal agents, and maintenance. The framework agreement is "composite". Lots 1 and 2 partly correspond to an ordinary contract (acquisition, installation and preventive maintenance) and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders (corrective maintenance). Lots 3 and 4 correspond to an ordinary contract. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by lump sum and unit prices. The estimated amounts correspond to the annual purchase order ceilings for corrective maintenance and are only indicative.
