The CEA is organising an open tender procedure for the supply of tooling products for all CEA centres. The framework agreement will be awarded to two contractors and will be executed as purchase orders are issued. The services are as follows: - supply and delivery of tooling products; - management of the agreement, including participation in meetings; - management of dematerialised and electronic catalogues; - pre-sales and after-sales service; - provision of detailed statistical reports. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and therefore involves no commitment to a volume of services to be performed. The ceiling amount of this agreement is set at 13,500,000 euros excl. VAT over a period of 4 years. Therefore, the value of the services, when cumulatively for all contractors, must not exceed this ceiling amount.
