Belgium – Refuse-compaction vehicles – Aankoop en levering van vijf huisvuilwagens ten behoeve van Verko

The contract concerns the purchase and delivery of five new, fully completed and operational waste collection vehicles, including a full-service maintenance contract during the warranty period (see II.9), and a maintenance contract for a period of 10 years, for the benefit of Verko. The waste collection vehicles will be used for the collection of various waste fractions within the operational area of Verko. The contract includes the delivery of fully assembled and operational vehicles. Each vehicle forms one technical and functional unit, consisting of, among other things, the chassis, the drive, the waste collection body, the compaction and ejection system, the loading system, the weighing and identification system, the camera and safety systems and all other equipment described in the technical specifications of this tender. The contractor is responsible for the full technical coordination and integration of all components of the vehicle. He bears the responsibility for the coordination between the manufacturer or supplier of the chassis, the constructor of the body and the suppliers of the other systems and equipment. The contract also includes all services necessary to make the vehicles fully operational, including at least: • the assembly and technical integration of the vehicles; • the delivery and installation of all required equipment and systems; • the execution of the required tests and checks; • the homologation, inspection and conformity of the fully assembled vehicle; • the delivery of the required certificates, certificates, manuals and technical documentation; • the commissioning and training of the personnel involved; • the warranty and technical support in accordance with the provisions of this tender. The vehicles must be fully completed, inspected, registered or ready for registration, homologated and immediately deployable for the intended waste collection upon delivery.
