France – Supporting services for the government – Accord-cadre mono-attributaire d'Assistance Technique à Maitrise d'Ouvrage en vue de la réhabilitation globale de l'ensemble immobilier historique des Gratte Ciel de Villeurbanne (1300 logements)

This consultation aims to select the contractor for a single-operator framework agreement for technical assistance to the project owner. The contractor will assist the SVU in a comprehensive operation management / technical assistance mission, including programming tasks, technical and architectural feasibility studies, tender procedure management, and supervision of the design and implementation of a comprehensive rehabilitation operation. The site concerned by this operation is the historic Gratte Ciel property in Villeurbanne (1,300 housing units divided into 8 groups, built in the 1930s, AVAP area).
