The subject of the contract is: the provision of Medical services in the field of preventive medical examinations (periodic and control) of employees of the NCBR Group, preliminary examinations of persons being recruited, issuance of medical certificates of no health contraindications to work or of health contraindications to work at a specific job, and a doctor's participation in the work of the BHP commission, as well as comprehensive, specialist medical care for employees of the Employer Group. The employer has an obligation towards the employee to provide him, at their own expense, with preventive health care, which includes three types of employee examinations: initial, periodic and control, and necessary prophylaxis.
