Denmark – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – EU-udbud af beplantningspleje på dele af offentlige veje og grønne områder i Bornholms Regionskommune 2027-2030

The procurement concerns landscaping maintenance in and around the towns of Aakirkeby, Østermarie, Østerlars and Gudhjem. The procurement mainly includes the following quantities: 26 ha grass 12,000 m2 loose paving 5,000 m2 grouted paving 450 m2 flowers 2,000 m2 bushes 650 trees 1,500 lbm hedge 0.4 ha grove 15 ha forest 0.4 ha scrub

Special conditions: A fixed compensation amount of 1,300,000 kr. excl. VAT per year has currently been set for the procured task. The compensation amount covers ordinary maintenance as well as added value for all workplaces and operation of Grønningen and Smedetorvet in Aakirkeby, see B below.

A - The tenderer must offer added value in the form of a tender list indicating the value of the pool available to the Contracting Authority after completion of the ordinary landscaping maintenance. The response is made by completing the attached Appendix 2 – Tender List.

B - The Municipality has chosen a "Case Grønningen and Smedetorvet" in Aakirkeby, see Appendix 3, where the tenderer must bid with proposals for quality improvements. The tendered solution for Grønningen regarding Sub-area 2 Parking Lot NaturBornholm is considered a supplier service in terms of the construction costs. The supplier retains the construction costs and they are not included in the compensation amount. The subsequent operating costs are retained within the compensation amount as either ordinary maintenance or lawnmowing. See also point 5.1.2 regarding evaluation hereof.

The contract is 4-year and enters into force on 1 January 2027 and expires on 31 December 2030. The Municipality has an option to extend for up to 2 x 12 months.
