The Data Integration Platform Service ensures the central, company-wide integration hub for operational and business-critical processes. It enables standardized, highly available, and secure integration between applications, systems, and cloud services. Through 24/7 operation, the service guarantees the continuous availability of integration-relevant components and forms an essential foundation for digital processes within the group. ÖBB-Business Competence Center GmbH is responsible for central data integration services within ÖBB.

The aim of this tender is to find a qualified external partner who can operate these Data Integration Platform Services efficiently and effectively around the clock (24/7) to ensure the reliability and availability of the services.
