France – Railway construction works – Projet MI20 – GAB Phase II – Adaptation des infrastructures de la ligne B du RER – Travaux de génie civil de mise en conformité des quais (zones UFR 4V et 8V)

This consultation is part of the MI20 – GAB Phase II Project, aimed at adapting the infrastructure of Line B of the RER to enable the operation of the new MI20 rolling stock (Interconnected Material ordered in 2020). The new rolling stock, compliant with the FR3.3 gauge, requires the adaptation of several platforms to ensure compliance with the railway gauge and the compliance of their altimetry, allowing autonomous access for people with reduced mobility (PMR) at the level of the UFR zones (4V and 8V). This consultation is divided into two lots. These are ordinary unit-price contracts for works: Lot No. 1: Adaptation of the platforms of the stations of Saint Rémy lès Chevreuse, Lozère, Courcelle sur Yvette and Antony under ITC (Temporary Interruption of Traffic). Lot No. 1 includes a firm section covering the stations of Lozère, Saint Rémy lès Chevreuse and Courcelle sur Yvette, as well as a conditional section relating to the works of the station Antony. Lot No. 2: Adaptation of the platforms of the station of Bourg la Reine under ITE (Temporary Interruption of Operation). For each of the lots, the works include, in particular (non-exhaustive list): - Execution studies, calculation notes, methods and phasing; - Topographical surveys, layouts and structural recognitions; - Site installations in roads and stations; - Preparatory works (protections, removals, demolitions, earthworks, etc.); - Demolition, cutting, coring and removal of debris to approved channels; - Rescindment works of the platform noses (depending on the lot concerned); - Civil engineering works including, in particular, formworks, reinforcements, concreting, raising or lowering of platforms and repairs of existing works; - Second work and adaptation (masonry, painting, tactile strips, fusible strips, coverings, etc.); - Locksmithing, metalwork and various networks; - Restoration of platforms, roadway footprints and installations at the end of the site; - The production of DOE and DIUO. The services may be carried out in the presence of materials containing asbestos (interventions falling under subsection 4 depending on the zones concerned), in a coactivity situation. The present contracts include a requirement for results, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP.
