The subject of the contract is a contract conducted in parts and includes 11 lots. An offer, for its validity in a given lot, must be submitted for all items. The contracting authority does not allow offers to be submitted for items within a lot. The contracting authority has specified a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the absolutely essential conditions that must be met by the offered subject of the contract in the terms of the annex no. 2 and in the contract template.
