The present consultation is part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) relating to the urban heat and cold network "Plaine Campus", granted by Toulouse Métropole to the company Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED), a subsidiary of Dalkia. To meet the challenges of energy transition and secure supply, Dalkia has committed to increasing and diversifying its delivery points. The operation involves the creation of a sub-station for the production of heat (1100 kW) and cold (2400 kW) connected to the tempered loop of the heat network, for an industrial user. The project requires exemplary treatment. The consultation concerns a comprehensive service of supply and installation of cold units in the sub-station aimed at providing heat and cold to an industrial user, connected to the tempered loop.
