Slovakia – Construction work – Zlepšovanie energetickej hospodárnosti a obnova verejných budov – STVR Bratislava, ŠVB Mlynská dolina

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide assembly, installation and construction works necessary for the exchange of lighting and the selection of a contractor for the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, and related electrical assembly works with the overall aim of reducing primary energy consumption. The subject of this contract are the construction and technological works aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the object STVR – Studio and Broadcasting Block, in the area of STVR Mlynská dolina in Bratislava (k. ú. Karlova Ves, LV č. 183, parc. č. 2914). The intention of the contracting authority is to achieve a reduction in the energy intensity of the object, mainly by reducing electricity consumption through the modernisation of lighting and the installation of devices using renewable energy sources (photovoltaics). The project also includes the complete replacement of electrical distribution, the replacement of emergency lighting and the implementation of debarrierisation measures.
