The Contracting Authority divides the contract into parts, called Lots. The number of lots is 2: Lot 1 - Purchase of an HDR brachytherapy system with a set of applicators, necessary equipment, and room adaptations to ensure the provision of healthcare services in the field of brachytherapy in accordance with applicable technical, organisational and clinical requirements. Lot 2 - 36-month post-warranty service of the HDR brachytherapy system with a set of applicators and necessary equipment. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an HDR brachytherapy system with a set of applicators, necessary equipment, and room adaptations to ensure the provision of healthcare services in the field of brachytherapy in accordance with applicable technical, organisational and clinical requirements, as well as 36 months of post-warranty service. The purchase of an HDR brachytherapy system with a set of applicators, necessary equipment, and room adaptations is carried out as part of the project "Strengthening the clinical potential of the Specialist Hospital named after dr. A. Sokołowski in Wałbrzych through the replacement of equipment and the modernisation of patient treatment capabilities". The equipment is factory new, non-exhibition, non-demonstration. The contract also includes: 1. transport of the equipment to the destination, 2. installation and commissioning, 3. delivery of software with perpetual licenses, 4. training of personnel and handover of the equipment for use with all necessary certificates and certificates, 5. cooperation with the Contracting Authority in preparing documentation in order to obtain all necessary permits/permits for the use of the subject of the contract, including the permit of the National Atomic Energy Agency, 6. 24-month warranty counted from the date of signing by the authorised representatives of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor the "Protocol of acceptance of the subject of the contract" The financing of the post-warranty service will be fully ensured from the own funds of the Specialist Hospital named after dr. A. Sokołowski in Wałbrzych, it is not covered by the aforementioned project. The contract includes 36-month post-warranty service, within which the Contractor ensures the operability of the equipment. A more detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical parameters, are in Annex No. 1 to the Specifications of the Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: SWZ).
