The subject of this procurement is the leasing of a passive fibre-optic network to a service provider, which, through a service concession as the contractor (AN), ensures the network operation and provides internet and telecommunications services, also as a bundled offer, to private and commercial end-users for an appropriate fee. Furthermore, the AN is responsible, among other things, for offering both active and passive wholesale products to requesters, taking into account the "Information on Wholesale Prices for Government-Funded Broadband Networks (as of 31.03.2026)".
