The Technicentre Grand Est de Strasbourg is a train maintenance centre owned by SNCF Voyageurs. It enables various maintenance operations to be carried out on passenger trains. To date, it carries out levels 1 to 3 maintenance on all types of TER trains. To do this, it has various technical means, including a synchronised lifting chain (with 16 lifting jacks) that is no longer suited to current production and processes. It is in this context that the Technicentre wishes to acquire a new chain of 16 synchronised lifting jacks to replace the current one. This lifting chain will be designed to be compatible with the series of the train. It will therefore be able to operate in 2 modes: - A first mode for lifting series of trains that require all 16 jacks. - A second mode for lifting with 4 lifting jacks (out of the 16) for certain specific series of trains (as listed in section 2.3.2 of the present Terms of Reference).
