Poland – Construction work – Budowa budynku laboratoryjno - biurowego wraz z kompleksem strzelnic otwartych na potrzeby Wojskowego Instytutu Technicznego Uzbrojenia w ramach zadania pn.: rozbudowa laboratorium badań uzbrojenia strzeleckiego i osłon zabezpieczających na terenie Wojskowego Instytutu Technicznego Uzbrojenia w Zielonce

The subject of the contract is the construction of a laboratory-office building with a complex of open shooting ranges for the needs of the Military Institute of Technical Armaments as part of the task entitled: "Expansion of the Firearm and Protective Shield Research Laboratory at the Military Institute of Technical Armaments in Zielonka" within the scope of which are: 1) Construction of a laboratory-office building with technical infrastructure including the supply of media to the object and the construction of an ammunition warehouse; 2) Construction of an external shooting range complex on the existing shooting range site with technological infrastructure and research stations; 3) Construction of a container substation SN/NN with an energy connection; 4) Replacement of the road and square surfaces at building no. 73 adjacent to the investment site along with the reconstruction of the underground infrastructure; 5) Service and maintenance of the installed HVAC, PPOŻ. and SECURITY systems for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for construction and installation works in the scope of the laboratory-office building and ammunition warehouse. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in: 1) Description of the Subject of the Contract – Annex No. 1 to the contract 2) Design documentation for the laboratory-office building with a complex of open shooting ranges and technical infrastructure including the supply of media for the needs of the Military Institute of Technical Armaments along with the Specification of Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works. 3) Decision on building permit no. 415/SAAB/2025 of 27.06.2025; 4) Scope of works – constitutes Annex No. 2 to SWZ. (pdf version; ath version) 2.1. The Contracting Authority restricts direct, unrestricted and full electronic access to part of the documentation of the procedure – i.e. n/w design documentation, due to its confidential nature. This documentation will not be published on the website of the conducted procedure (Procurement Platform). Confidential design documentation will be available for download from the WITU server: 1) Executive Project; 2) Technical Project; 3) Construction Project: 4) Demolition Project of building no. 144; 5) Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR). The Contractor is obliged to familiarise themselves with the aforementioned "design documentation" before submitting an offer. The Contracting Authority will reject an offer submitted without checking the confidential documentation – "design documentation". 3. A Contractor interested in participating in the procedure is obliged to register with the Contracting Authority using electronic communication means, i.e. the "Procurement Platform" available at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/witu using the form "Send a message to the Contracting Authority", in order to obtain temporary access to the "design documentation" covered by confidentiality. A correct registration must contain the identifying data of the registering company - completed and signed "Declaration of Confidentiality", prepared according to the template constituting Annex No. 1 to the description of the subject of the contract. - Detailed information is contained in the SWZ.
