Romania – Video-conferencing equipment – Terminale de videoconferință pentru 36 de luni

The contracting authority, namely the Central Logistics and Procurement Unit of the Penitentiary Police, will conclude framework agreements for the supply of Video Conferencing Terminals for a period of 36 months, with a single economic operator, and the subsequent contracts will be concluded and managed by the beneficiary penitentiary units according to Annex 1 attached to the technical specifications. The subsequent contracts will be concluded, as a rule, quarterly, with the economic operator signatory of the framework agreement for the Video Conferencing Terminals and auxiliary equipment. The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by interested economic operators: on the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders, as, according to Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, economic operators must have at least 10 days to prepare their tender in accordance with the additional requirements introduced through the response to clarification/additional information. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for tender submission, is 20 days.
