Electricity supply for the contracting authority within the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS) framework, following the establishment of the DPS, for the period up to 31.12.2027 23:59:59 CET, under a full supply commercial electricity contract, for the procurement of a total of 3.1 GWh of electricity. The contracting authority is entitled to exercise a quantity option of up to +15% free of charge. Number of consumption sites: 140. In implementing the DPS (DPS second phase), the contracting authority, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, shall make available to the tenderers admitted to the DPS, at the same time as the invitation to tender sent in the second phase of the DPS, the specific technical description, quantities and contractual terms for the concrete procurements to be implemented in the system.
