The service includes the implementation of regular and intervention mechanical maintenance of the MBO facility within the Waste Management Centre Biljane Donje, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with one economic entity for a period of three (3) years. The contractor is obliged to carry out all maintenance tasks qualitatively, professionally, and within the agreed deadlines, in accordance with the rules of the profession and the principle of good management, for the needs of the Purchaser (EKO d.o.o.) at the mechanical-biological waste treatment (MBO) facility. The maintenance concept is based on the RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance – reliability-centered maintenance) guidelines and covers four main areas: 1. Corrective (intervention) maintenance 2. Preventive maintenance 3. Predictive maintenance 4. Proactive maintenance. The contractor is obliged, through its activities, to ensure the overall technical availability of the MBO facility of at least 96%, with the methodology for calculating technical availability defined in Chapter 2.3. Methodology for Calculating Reliability. The contractor is required to plan, organise and carry out all activities of preventive, predictive, proactive and intervention maintenance in a manner that ensures the fulfilment of the aforementioned requirement.
