The contract concerns the new construction of a multi-family residential building with approximately 126 apartments, an option for an additional 95 apartments, outdoor environments, and a parking garage with 300-500 parking spaces that will meet a large part of the parking needs for the project, both in terms of required spaces for the existing area and for the new production. The project is intended to be divided into phases.
