Description

For its research activities, the CEA LITEN/INES (Bourget du Lac) wishes to acquire a pre-industrial equipment for physical vapour deposition of precursors used in the field of photovoltaics with an active layer of perovskite. The objective of the equipment is to produce thin films of perovskite (PK) on textured G12 silicon wafers (210 × 210 mm²) using a reproducible, compliant and homogeneous deposition process. The contract includes the following lots: - Firm lot: Studies for the realisation of a pre-industrial equipment for the physical vapour deposition of precursors used in perovskite-based absorbers for photovoltaic research, - Optional lot: Realisation and supply of the said Equipment. The present contract includes the following options: - Optional option n°1: Storage space for the substrate carriers (substrate transport plates between the different chambers of the equipment) and the substrates - Optional option n°2: Stainless steel for the vapour deposition module - Optional option n° 3: Possibility to monitor and control the temperature of the substrate and/or the carrier (substrate transport plate) throughout the process - Optional option n°4: Mask for 200 x 200 mm² glass and compatible with glass substrates of a thickness of 1100 ± 50µm - Optional option n°5: The price of transport in case of award of the optional lot, insurance included, according to the conditions DAP CEA Grenoble (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention).
