Poland – Adult and other education services – DZP.261.34.2026 - Świadczenie usług eksperckich, wspierających realizację projektu „Edukacja Obywatelska dla Zmiany – Opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań metodycznych i dydaktycznych w zakresie edukacji obywatelskiej” - umowa ramowa.

The subject of the order is the provision of expert services supporting the implementation of the project „Civil Education for Change – Development and Implementation of Innovative Methodological and Didactic Solutions in the Field of Civil Education”. The contract will be implemented as part of the predefined project „Civil Education for Change – Development and Implementation of Innovative Methodological and Didactic Solutions in the Field of Civil Education”, financed from the funds of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2021–2028, within the „Local Development” Programme, for which the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy acts as the Programme Operator. The partner of the project is European Wergeland Centre (Norway). The contracting authority plans to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of 11 Contractors, whose offers will be evaluated highest on the basis of the criteria specified in Section XIX of the SWZ from among the offers not subject to rejection submitted in response to the contract notice, and then to award executive orders based on art. 314.1.1 of the uPzp. For the services ordered under the framework agreements for the provision of expert services supporting the implementation of the project „Civil Education for Change – Development and Implementation of Innovative Methodological and Didactic Solutions in the Field of Civil Education” (executive orders) the contracting authority intends to allocate a total amount of 1,000,000 zł gross. The above amount concerns the total of contracts concluded after the completion of the present procedure and contracts concluded with contractors selected in the procedure nr DZP.261.8.2026.
