1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor to supply reagents and consumable materials, hereinafter referred to as reagents or products, for the organisational units of Jagiellonian University in Kraków (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ), specifically for the purposes of education, research activities and the commercialisation of the results of this activity. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a quantitative list of reagents and consumable materials, is provided in Annex A to the SWZ, which also serves as the price calculation form for the tender.
