Germany – Printing machinery – Miete von zwei digitalen Produktionsdrucksystemen für die Hausdruckerei des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales (BMAS) am Dienstort Bonn

The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS) operates its own in-house printing facility. This facility positions itself as a modern service provider, offering a wide range of printed products and services to both its internal (BMAS) and external customers. The printing facility is divided, among other things, into the areas of offset printing and digital printing, as well as the associated post-print processing, where the final production of the printed products from both areas takes place. In digital printing, the printing facility produces small- and medium-run, urgent, and also confidential products for internal and external clients. The BMAS intends to lease, for its in-house printing facility in Bonn, two digital full-colour production printing systems (new equipment/brand new) and a workflow and colour management system in conjunction with the digital production printing systems. The requirements for both production printing systems can be found in the Technical Specifications. Regarding the requirements for the workflow and colour management, reference is also made to the tender documents. Furthermore, the conclusion of an "ALL-IN" service contract, as well as the conclusion of a Poolklick contract = inclusive click volume is planned (further information in the tender documents).
