Romania – Voluntary health insurance services – Asigurare voluntară de sănătate pentru angajații DISTRIBUȚIE ENERGIE OLTENIA S.A. inclusiv pentru membrii de familie voluntari

This procedure aims to acquire voluntary health insurance services for the employees of DISTRIBUȚIE ENERGIE OLTENIA S.A., including for voluntary family members as listed in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference, and for voluntary family members. Through the insurance contract, the insurance contractor undertakes to pay a premium to the insurer, and the latter undertakes, in the event of the insured risk occurring—illness or accident—to pay the medical service provider or the insured, as the case may be, the compensation, within the limits and deadlines agreed, in accordance with the relevant laws in the field.
