This framework agreement is for transport services to carry students from Charente-Maritime's educational establishments (nursery and primary schools, secondary schools, Rural and Family Homes and lycées (only for 3rd preparatory classes for vocational training) to departmental sites as part of an educational outing. This is a multi-provider framework agreement with purchase orders, consisting of 5 lots, concluded from its notification date for an initial period of 1 year, renewable 3 times.
