Part 2: Tree plantings based on compensatory decisions at the following streets: Nawigatorów, Architektów, Al. Zwycięstwa, Świerkowa, Plac Górnośląski, Architektów, Wrocławska, Techniczna, Weteranów, Powstania Styczniowego, Al. Zwycięstwa 179, Kopernika, Wachowiaka, Hallera, Kasztelańska, Moniuszki, Kopernika 15, Wołyńska, Necla, Legionów, Bema, Al. 17 Grudnia, Al. Solidarności, Św. Wojciecha, Jana z Kolna, Al. Solidarności loop, Kilińskiego, Biała, Bosmańska, Benisławskiego, Dąbka, Pucka 173, Pucka, Dąbka, Chylońska, Chylońska, Kartuska 67, Działdowska, Komandorska, Witomińska, Nowogrodzka 34B, Graniczna, Rolnicza, Słoneczna. Part 3: Development of a pocket park at the intersection of Rolnicza and Konwaliowa streets – BO2024/OGM/0023. Planned greenery material: shrubs - 119 units, grass, perennials – 4.6 m2, bulbs - 4.6 m2. Benches – 2 units, trash bin 1 unit, sign 1 unit.

Part 4: Greenery planting along ul. Witomińska – BO 2024/OGM/0023. Planned greenery material: trees – 1 unit, shrubs, bulbs – 94.4 m2.

Part 5: Development of the area at ul. Śmidowicza 55 – 69 – BO 2024/OGM/0024. Planned greenery material: trees - 10 units, sign 1 unit.

Part 6: Greenery planting along ul. Legionów in Gdynia. BO 2023/OGM/0007. Planned greenery material: trees – 1 unit, perennials, ornamental grasses, bulbs – 97.3 m2, shrubs – 350 units.

Part 7: Development of the area at ul. Morska 43-73. BO-2023/OGM/0007. Planned greenery material: trees - 15 units, shrubs 1182 units, perennials, ornamental grasses – 143 m2, sign 1 unit.

Part 8: Development of the area at ul. Morska from ul. Swarzewska to Morska 263. Planned greenery material: trees – 10 units, shrubs 984 units, perennials and ornamental grasses 161 m2, sign – 1 unit.

The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the Subject of the Order" (hereinafter referred to as the "OSZ") and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. In the scope of Parts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the Contractor is obliged to execute, deliver and install an information board containing data indicating the implementation of the task within the framework of the Citizen Budget. Detailed provisions regarding the boards will be provided to the Contractor after the contract is signed. The Purchaser allows for the submission of partial offers. The Purchaser allows for the submission of partial offers in accordance with the following provisions: 1. The Purchaser allows for the submission of partial offers for any chosen parts of the subject of the order. 2. The Purchaser decides on the procedure in favour of the most advantageous offer submitted for a given part of the procedure. 3. The Purchaser does not provide for the return of participation costs. 4. The Purchaser does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies. Settlements between the Contractor and the Purchaser will be made in Polish zlotys.

Subcontracting: 1. The Contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a Subcontractor, on the terms specified in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ (Planned provisions of the contract); 2. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer, the part of the order, the execution of which is intended to be entrusted to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known; 3. Entrusting the execution of part of the order to Subcontractors does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for the proper execution of this order; 4. Detailed requirements regarding subcontracting have been specified in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ (Planned provisions of the contract). 5. The Purchaser
