Poland – Vehicle towing-away services – Usuwanie i przechowywanie pojazdów usuniętych z dróg miasta Poznania na mocy art. 130 a ustawy z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym

The subject of the contract is a service involving the removal and storage of vehicles removed from the roads of the city of Poznań pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic. The implementation of vehicle removal and storage services includes: 1) vehicle removal: arrival at the scene of the incident within the time specified in the SWZ, loading, transporting the vehicle to a location designated by the Contracting Authority, and unloading the vehicle at the location designated by the Contracting Authority; 2) storage of vehicles removed from the roads: accepting the vehicle at the parking lot, parking, and releasing the vehicle from the parking lot to an authorized person.
