The procurement of design, procurement and installation services for a continuous air emission monitoring system for boilers no. 5 and 6, 2 x 34.8 MW, from CTZ Casa Presei is necessary to comply with European and national environmental protection regulations. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 (1) of Law no. 99/2016, as subsequently amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. B. In accordance with the provisions of art. 172 (2) of Law no. 99/2016, as subsequently amended, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. C. In accordance with the provisions of art. 29 (3) of HG no. 394/2016, as subsequently amended, the contracting entity states that it will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline set.
