Romania – Ammunition – Muniție letală și neletală pentru 24 luni (6 loturi)

The contracting authority, the Centralised Procurement and Logistics Unit of the Penitentiary Police, as a centralised procurement unit, will conclude the framework agreement for a period of 24 months, with 1 (one) economic operator. The quantities and values of the framework agreement are included in the Award Documentation. Subsequent contracts under the framework agreement will be concluded, as a rule, quarterly, by the Centralised Procurement and Logistics Unit of the Penitentiary Police, depending on needs. The award criterion used for the award of this contract is “The lowest price”, in accordance with the provisions of art. 173 (1) lit. b) of O.U.G. nr. 114/2011. This procedure represents a resumption of a previous procedure for unassigned lots.
