The Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH (RVK) is a modern transport company with the capacity, expertise, and commitment to move people in the Rhineland at the highest technical level. Together with its owners and clients, the RVK continually works on implementing an attractive, environmentally friendly, and sustainable public transport system. More than 920 employees ensure that over 23 million passengers reach their destinations safely each year. The RVK's core transport area covers the district of Euskirchen, the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, and the left-bank Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. In addition, the RVK provides its services in the cities of Cologne, Bonn, Leverkusen, Hürth, Brühl, and Wesseling. Services are provided on both its own lines and on behalf of other transport companies. The subject of this tender is the supply of electrical energy (100% green power) for the RVK's operational sites and consumption points. The electricity supply is for a total of 29 market locations at the following sites: Cologne, Euskirchen, Overath, Bergisch Gladbach, Kall, Meckenheim, Wermelskirchen, Hürth, Brühl, and Mechernich.
