Subject of the public contract performance: a) Processing of EIA documentation (hereinafter „EIA documentation“) pursuant to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on the assessment of the impact on the environment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DPS. b) Preparation of Project Documentation for the permit to build transport infrastructure (DPS) in BIM mode, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the proceedings for the permit for the intention, to obtain a binding permit for the intention (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (hereinafter „Building Act“), including the Statement issued to the notified subject in the phase of issuing the permit for the intention and the activities of the OH&S coordinator at the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OH&S plan at the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Preparation and submission of an application for the issuance of a permit for the intention pursuant to the Building Act, including all required attachments, the result of which will be the issuance of the permit for the intention (building permit). The Supplier will cooperate in the issuance of the relevant decisions until they acquire legal force. d) Preparation of the Work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model according to Annex No. 11 of the Contract for Work entitled BIM protocol, including all its annexes. The information model is part of the Work and will be processed, discussed and delivered progressively and together with other parts of the Work according to the Performance Schedule according to Annex No. 5 of the Contract for Work. e) Coordination activities of the Supplier, the content of which is the coordination of this contract and the contractors of the contracts „Brno Railway Node, Černovice Stage“, „Brno Railway Node and Židenice Stage“. The aim is to maintain a uniform concept of the technical solution and all parts of the documentation. f) Preparation of the Project Intention Update (PIU) according to the Rules for the preparation and implementation of transport infrastructure actions financed from the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure (hereinafter „MD Rules“). The scope of this performance is reserved by the Purchaser as a change in the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provision of § 100 para. 1 ZZVZ. The performance will be realised by the Contractor on the basis of the Purchaser's instruction in case of exceeding the expected investment costs by 10% or in case of fundamental changes in the technical solution of the building. g) Creation of data for the needs of the operation of the GIS portal (public system), ongoing management and updating of the portal data based on the requirements of the Purchaser, or public comments. h) Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the preparation of the PDPS.
