III.1. The subject of the contract is the service entitled: Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste and biowaste from the owners of properties located in the area of Gmina Klembów. The contract has been divided into 2 parts: 1) Part 1. Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste (excluding biowaste); 2) Part 2. Collection, transport and disposal of biowaste. III.2. Scope of the contract: Part 1. Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste (excluding biowaste): 1) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from properties where residents live; 2) collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated; 3) collection, transport and disposal of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Klembów, ul. Miła 15, 05-205 Klembów; 4) delivery to single-family housing of bags for selective waste collection (not less than 50,000 bags per month) for the fractions: paper and cardboard, glass, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging, textiles and ash; 5) equipping the waste collection crew with cameras with a date setting function; 6) providing a sufficient quantity of specialized technical means, guaranteeing the timely and qualitative execution of the contract. Part 2. Collection, transport and disposal of biowaste: 1) collection, transport and disposal of biowaste from properties where residents live; 2) collection, transport and disposal of biowaste from properties that are partly properties where residents live, and partly properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated; 3) collection, transport and disposal of biowaste from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Klembów, ul. Miła 15, 05-205 Klembów; 4) delivery to single-family housing of bags for biowaste (not less than 20,000 bags per month); 5) equipping the waste collection crew with cameras with a date setting function; 6) providing a sufficient quantity of specialized technical means, guaranteeing the timely and qualitative execution of the contract. III.3. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract (OPZ) are attachments no. 10a and 10b to this Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ). III.4. The contracting authority estimates that during the period of execution of the contract, the Contractor will carry out the removal of municipal waste in the amount of: - for Part 1. - 8,103.0860 Mg. - for Part 2. - 2,400.00 Mg.
