Romania – Transformer substation – Creșterea gradului de siguranță în alimentarea consumatorilor din zona de nord-est a Municipiului București racordați în stația 220/110/10 kV Fundeni

The procurement is necessary to achieve the following objectives: increasing the flexibility of the operating scheme of the current station at 220 kV and 110 kV, creating power availability at the station, eliminating operating modes with a load that exceeds the nominal load of AT1 or AT2 220/110 kV from the Fundeni station under the conditions of the withdrawal from operation of certain elements of the system, eliminating problems related to significant physical and moral wear of the elements of the command-control, protection and automation system, both in terms of hardware and software, and the high costs of maintenance, and the maintenance and protection of the local metering system by ensuring adequate hardware and software support. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The deadline for requesting clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers is 20 days. The contracting entity will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information in two stages, as follows: - on the 30th calendar day before the deadline for submitting offers and - on the 11th calendar day before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting entity will respond only to clarification requests addressed by economic operators by the deadline, in accordance with art. 29 (3) of HG 394/2016.
