The Contracting Authority wishes to contract one Contractor, who will be responsible for the management and execution of the Tailored Transport. The management includes the preparation of the transport plan, the trip registration, the handling of complaints and the provision of information to the Contracting Authority. The execution involves the transport of the Contracting Authority's employees from the Pick-up Location to the Work Location and vice versa. The estimated value of the contract is based on historical data and is exclusive of VAT. No rights can be derived from this estimate. The estimated contract value is € 356,000 per year, exclusive of VAT. With an initial contract duration of four (4) years, the estimated value of the contract is € 1,424,000, exclusive of VAT. The Contracting Authority may extend the agreement a maximum of two times for a period of two (2) years. Including these extension options, the maximum total contract value is € 2,848,000, exclusive of VAT.
