France – Liability insurance services – Prestations d'assurance couvrant les risques de responsabilité civile de la Communauté d'agglomération ACCM

The contract concerns the subscription and management of an insurance contract covering civil liability risks through a tender procedure in accordance with Articles R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is reserved for insurance companies and persons authorized to present insurance operations pursuant to Articles L.310-1 and following and L.511-1 and following of the Insurance Code. The contract is awarded for a maximum duration of four (4) years from 1 January 2027, with each party having the option to terminate the contract at the end of each year on 1 January, notified by the initiating party to the other party by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The notice period for termination is six (6) months (Article L.113-12 of the Insurance Code in the version in force since 28/05/2026) if the termination is initiated by the insurer and four months if initiated by the subscriber.
