Germany – Rechargers – Ausschreibungsverfahren zum Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die Belieferung mit Ladeeinrichtungen

The subject of the present procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement, which regulates the: on-demand delivery; ensuring the availability of spare parts and accessories; operational support and fault rectification; maintenance of charging equipment, excluding backend-based operational management. Service and support as well as maintenance and repair services must be provided for each charging unit for 4 years from the date of delivery. Currently, the construction of approximately 78 new, non-public charging points within the contract period is planned. The contract further includes the optional additional service: technical installation or commissioning into an existing backend/operational management. The contracting authority currently uses a backend provided by the company Firmenladen GmbH (Firmenladenwelt). In principle, all manufacturers can be integrated that are compliant with metrology law and support the communication protocol OCPP 1.6. Establishing the productive communication connection is part of the service. The offered charging equipment must therefore support OCPP 1.6. Vitos gGmbH is awarding the contract as a contracting authority in accordance with Section 15 of the Regulation on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) through an Open Procedure.
