The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive organisation of the participation of companies from the Łódź Voivodeship as exhibitors in the event, i.e. the COSMOPROF ASIA 2026 trade fair in the cosmetics industry in Hong Kong (China), which will take place on 11-13 November 2026 as part of the project entitled „Kierunek Azja – umiędzynarodowienie działalności przedsiębiorstw z województwa łódzkiego poprzez udział w wydarzeniach targowych i ekspansję na rynki azjatyckie” co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under the regional programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027 and from funds from the budget of the Łódź Voivodeship.

1. Organisation and conduct of a preparatory meeting for participation in the COSMOPROF ASIA 2026 fair

2. Organisation of participation in the COSMOPROF ASIA 2026 fair, including:

2.1 Purchase of exhibition space

2.2 Design and implementation of the booth construction project in accordance with the detailed guidelines regarding the implementation of the subject of the order

2.2.1 Providing booth equipment along with assembly and disassembly

2.2.2 Providing technical support for the booth

2.2.3 Providing insurance for the booth along with its equipment

2.2.4 Optional booth equipment – wellness zone

3. Insurance of event participants

4. Comprehensive booth service

5. Translation service

6. Booth assistant service

7. Event coordinator service

8. Transport/shipping of materials or products

9. Accommodation service

10. Personnel transport

11. Provision of access to the fair

12. Additional obligations of the Contractor

13. Transfer of proprietary intellectual property rights to the subject of the order.

The subject of the order is described in the Subject of the Order Description (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which is also Annex No. 1 to the project contract (Annex No. 4 to the SWZ).
