Elaboration of the design and cost documentation for the task: "Reconstruction of the street Maria Konopnickiej in Świnoujście" along with the support of the Contracting Authority during the procedure for selecting the contractor for the construction works, in particular by analyzing the requests for clarification of the content of the subject of the contract, which will be the design and cost documentation, and preparing the clarifications, which constitutes the basic scope of the subject of the Contract. The Contracting Authority also provides for the option right to entrust the Contractor with the supervision of the author during the implementation of the construction works carried out on the basis of the design and cost documentation for the above-mentioned task. The realization of the contract, which is the subject of the Contract, aims to: - prepare the task for implementation; - ensure the design and cost documentation enabling the selection of the contractor for the construction works in a procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Law, including obtaining a building permit decision.
