**CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEALTH CENTRE BUILDING IN ZAGREB - WEST - AMBULANCE SPANSKO**

The subject of the public procurement is the execution of works for the construction of the Health Centre Zagreb West – Ambulance Špansko, located at cadastral parcel no. 5363/3 k.o. Donje Vrapče, in Zagreb. The construction of a standalone public and social – healthcare building is planned, designed as a modern healthcare facility with a compact shape, one basement and three above-ground floors (Po+Pr+2). The total gross floor area of the building is approximately 5,830 m², of which approximately 1,150 m² relates to the basement and approximately 4,680 m² to the above-ground part of the building. The building is designed as a rectangular volume with a central atrium and a spatial organization that allows for the functional separation of public, communication and medical contents. The ground floor will have the main entrances and public contents, while the upper floors will house surgeries, waiting rooms and accompanying healthcare contents. The project envisages connecting the building to the surrounding pedestrian corridors and parking areas through covered walkways and arranged accesses. The scope of works includes the execution of all building and installation works necessary for the complete completion and commissioning of the building, including the execution of reinforced concrete structures, architectural and building works, heating, cooling and ventilation systems, water supply and drainage, sprinkler installation, strong and weak current electrical installations, fire alarm systems, vertical transportation systems, photovoltaic power plant and the execution of external landscaping, traffic and parking areas and public lighting. The building will be connected to the existing municipal infrastructure, with the obligation to execute all necessary connections and harmonize with the conditions of the competent public bodies. The project is being implemented in accordance with the main project from March 2025, the issued building permit and all valid laws, regulations and technical standards in the field of construction, fire protection, occupational safety, energy efficiency and accessibility for people with reduced mobility. The project documentation for the construction of the subject building was prepared by Bodrožić, Rališ i prijatelji d.o.o., Ulica grada Chicaga, Zagreb, and the chief designer is Ivan Rališ, dipl. ing. arh.
