The scope of services includes: - Open spaces and outdoor facilities around the building, particularly non-built-up land areas - Open spaces in the courtyard, partially as intensive greening with seating areas - Planting "Green Facade" on the base building - Courtyard facade greening in front of curtain wall glazing - Extensive roof greening, partially in combination with PV. Given the building standard and the location of the site directly adjacent to the cultural mile of Stuttgart, a high-quality solution in terms of urban planning and landscape architecture is desired.
