- Cleaning of the offices, meeting rooms, and other internal areas;

- Cleaning of the kitchens and dining areas;

- Removal of waste and recycling;

- Pest control;

- Snow removal, gritting and salting of the external areas in winter;

- Minor maintenance and repairs;

- Provision of cleaning materials and equipment;

- Provision of personnel.

The services will be provided for a period of 24 months.
