Preschool education service to support educational activities in the municipal nurseries. The subject of the present contract is the award of the preschool education service to support educational activities and the canteen service in the nurseries directly managed by the Municipality of Taranto. The location of the services offered will be identified at the time of service commencement among the nine nursery structures managed by this Authority. The amount set as the tender base is € 2.141.048,31 (of which € 1.866.505,95 for the main service of preschool education and € 274.542,36 for the secondary service of the canteen) plus safety costs of € 5.400,00. The presumed total amount of € 2.146.448,31 (two million one hundred and forty-six thousand four hundred and forty-eight/31) (calculated based on the number of employees for the number of daily hours for the days of the school calendar for the hourly cost of work, net of profit and general expenses) includes the cost of labor, which the contracting entity has estimated at € 1.905.525,37 (one million nine hundred and five thousand five hundred and twenty-five/37) (of which € 1.661.183,65 for the main service and € 244.341,72 for the secondary service), which were calculated on the basis of the reference CCNL – CNEL CODE: T124 [T05] - CCNL for the workers and workers of the cooperative sector. socio-sanitary, humanitarian, assistance-educational and labor insertion. The amount of the cost of interference safety is € 4.707,57 (four thousand seven hundred and seven/57) for the main service and € 692,43 (six hundred and ninety-two/43) for the secondary service. Therefore, the main service is € 1.871.213,52 (including safety costs) and the secondary service is € 275.234,79 (including safety costs). The total amount is net of VAT. The contract is concluded, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 1, letter m) of Annex I.7, to the Code "to measure". The service will be billed based on the number of hours actually provided, which, however, cannot exceed those estimated. The duration of the contract (excluding any options) is 2 school years, approximately 18 months (presumed period from 01.11.2026 to 30.06.2028), from the date of contract signature or early delivery of the services.
