Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from Grandi Molini Italiani S.p.A. (C.F. 01183270378) located in Rovigo, via A. Moro, 6, for the granting of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/94, for the use, for four years, of the maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 1,139 sq.m., located in the port of Livorno, and precisely at the Industrial Canal (berth 34) – already the subject of a previous Maritime Domain License No. 110/2020 – with the aim of maintaining and managing a quay for the performance of port operations related to solid foodstuffs in bulk, intended for the milling activity carried out in the adjacent plant located on private property.
