Initiation of the procedure, following an expression of interest from ATLAS S.r.l. (C.F. and VAT 01294670490) based in Livorno, via Tintoretto, 20, for the granting of a concession, pursuant to Article 18 of Law No. 84/94, for the use, for a period of four years, of the maritime public domain areas, totaling approximately 2,835 square meters, located in the port of Livorno, and specifically at Via Tintoretto – already the subject of a previous Formal Act of maritime public domain concession No. 45/2008 – with the aim of maintaining and managing a terminal for the loading, unloading, storage and handling of cement and other loose powders. This expression of interest also relates to the office building, totaling approximately 140 square meters, located at via Tintoretto (corner of via Tiziano), already the subject of Sublease Licenses No. 02/2011 and No. 02/2014.
